UDI’s Gluten Free (Very) Cranberry Granola Crisp

Ingredients

4 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup fresh cranberries

1/2 cup raisins

2 cups granulated sugar

Grated zest of 1 orange

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup orange juice

1 pouch UDI's Gluten Free Cranberry Granola

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the granny smith apples, fresh cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest and juice. 
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to an 8-inch square glass baking dish or into individual ramekins. 
  4. Generously Top the fruit mixture with the UDI's Gluten Free Cranberry Granola until fruit underneath is no longer visible. 
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the crumb topping has browned. Let cool and serve with a dollop of creme fraiche or freshly whipped cream.
