&lt;strong&gt;Braised Cabbage &lt;/strong&gt;

1 head savoy cabbage 
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
feshly chopped chives
salt and pepper

1. Boil large pot of water and add salt, about 3 tablespoons, boil for 4 mintues
2. Strain cabbage and set aside.
3. Heat large skillet with butter and oil.
5. Saute minced garlic
6. Add cabbage to skillet and saute in pan for 5 minutes
7. Sprinkle with fresh chives and season with salt and pepper
