When it comes to summer i like to have lots of fresh veggies and usually i like to wrap ‘em up either with lavash flatbread or a whole wheat tortilla

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1 tablepsoon of your favorite hot sauce

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 english cucumber. sliced thinly (reserve leftover for a salad)

2 carrots, shredded

2 tomatoes, cut into thin slices

4 whole wheat tortillas

Method

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt and hot sauce and mix well. set aside

2. In a separate bowl combine cucumber, carrots and tomatoes.

3. Place tortilla on a plate and spoon yogurt in a line in the middle of the tortilla.

4. Place vegetable mixture on top and sprinkle with feta cheese

5. Wrap it up and Enjoy !!!
