4 chicken breasts, skin on
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons
3 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
3 sprigs rosemary
- Preheat oven to 375oF
- Heat olive oil in your Dutch Oven and place chicken breats skin down and sauté for 5 minutes or until skin is brown and slightly crispy.
- Turn Over, remove from heat.
- Mix the juice of lemons with honey
- Pour over the chicken breasts. Throw in the lemon halves too for an extra flavor boost.
- Season with salt and pepper and place in oven for 40 minutes
- Serve Chicken on a bed of Rice or with a side salad
